About Us
Welcome to AIM 2 CARE TRAINING LIMITED.
Our training company has been established since March 2018 and is growing steadily with excellent feedback on an ongoing basis.
We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of care provision, planning and risk assessment. We have trained social care subjects and de-escalation and breakaway training for over 20 years. Approved tutor with Highfield Qualifications, Prevent and Manage Violence and Aggression Principal Trainer and a member of the National Federation for Personal Safety.
We are highly qualified and experienced training consultants who have personally worked as a carers, nursing assistants, support workers and in senior / executive positions, with charities and in in the health and social care sector. Working closely with our customers to ensure the training delivered is bespoke and meets all your requirements, including remote learning sessions where learners can join the training from home or work settings.
An unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a passion to share good practice, coupled with a child like enthusiasm for learning and great sense of personal and professional awareness, you will certainly have a memorable learning experience.
Training is delivered in an engaging and interactive way, with a large pinch of humour thrown in, just for good measure.
The training is never a box ticking exercise and is delivered with passion and enthusiasm every time. We update our Continuing Professional Development regularly to ensure we have knowledge above and beyond the course syllabi.

Our training can be purchased on a half daily or daily basis, please call for a quote.
Please note that there will be extra costs involved for the accredited training courses for certification and administration. Prices are nonetheless still extremely good value for money.
